Compliance- All new employees receive full FDCPA, HIPAA and State collection-law training in addition to competency testing. Each employee must complete and test on all collection laws and regulations prior to working on collection files. VWA employees continually receive refresher and emerging issues training. In order to remain compliant, the compliance department administers FDCPA, HIPAA and State collection laws training and testing through the year.

Each department incorporates a training and knowledge specific intranet site. Management and leadership disperse relevant information, and team use the site as a centralized repository for documents and training materials.

Visibility- VWA introduced web services and online placements to the industry. Our state-of-the-art proprietary software has been researched and developed over the years with hands-on experts who know exactly what functionality a collections system needs to quickly locate, track, assess, code, and collect on a claim. We offer premier security, management tools and reporting and real-time online tracking.

VWA has various reports available for our clients to choose from that provide either detail or summary level reporting on the portfolio(s). Reporting is available based on client requirements. Our system is capable of creating automated reports that deliver via email to any email address as needed. Reports are also available online through our secure client access website.
